Eve Online Error + Repair Tool Error

Hey So I went to open the launcher today and I get a pop up window that says
"The logfile 'D:\CCP\EVE\launcher\launcher.exe.log' could not be opened: [Errno 22] invalid mode ('a') of filename 'D:\\CCP\\EVE\\launcher\\launcher.exe.log'

So I went and ran the repair tool and I get

Don't know if it fixes it, but worth a shot I guess.

Does the file exist? If so, move the file to somewhere else.
If not, create the file.

Ran repair again and got a different error
OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument: 'G:\\CCP\\EVE\\bin\\tmpmmoht8.repair'
Total Runtime: 0h02m25s

I am thinking it is a Harddrive issue because none of the programs I have on that Harddrive will run at the moment

I had a similar problem, different error though. Anyway. Here is what worked for me. Restart the computer. Run the Launcher. Let it do the patching like normal.
