Fit long range weapons and a micro jump drive =D

(I hope that works anyways, I am not sure if NPCs scram or disrupt but if they just disrupt, it should work lol)

Hooray!

The only thing is left to solve is how do I counter Dampers and ECM?
I mean NPCs are some nasty guys that use magic in this game. Yes, it's called magic.
Their Dampers and ECMs have no range limit and ignore your ship stats, so your sensor strength doesn't really mean anything.

Yeah and how do you deal with TDing sanshas from 85km+ when your tachs have 30km on them.....

Well the answer is sentries(battleships will just NUKE them anyway) but its just a shame that so much SP goes to waste....

I'm not even joking.

I seem to be in the part of Amarr space where I don't see that many Snashas, so I didn't really have a problem with it yet.

What if my lasers do almost 0 damage to angels?!
The highest angel's resist is EM so basically they are immune to me.

P.S. Is the solution to this is to change the damage type on my lasers?

Move to minmatar space, fly mach/vargur seems to be best solution. Angel ewar is joke, angel damage projection is joke, damage type is good vs shields, they approach you so you can project your damage easier and both vargur and mach are already some of the best ships for missions.

Using long range guns with lr ammo just further lowers your dps (my nightmare has 1060dps with inmf but only around 600 with aurora, not even counting that when sitting at 0 I can actually use my drones) and mjd with 3 minute reactivation sucks (gl fitting it to cap boosted nm or tachy pally). Ofc you also need sebo, otherwise be prepared to kite ewar ships between 90k (apparently activation range of ewar) and 100k (locking range) in your 120m/s battleship.

Not to mention that for example in blockade when you get to 100k range from td cruiser spawn, few other groups will spawn 180k away from you. That really helps with isk/h...

If you are really set on anti sansha missions, get cnr. Delayed damage sucks (counting volleys, defender missiles and npc rep cycles that force you to shoot another volley), but overall its better ship for missions with tds than nightmare/pally since patch.

Dont worry the missions arent working as intented . Will get fixed around summer patch. Until then non minmatar pilots can use their marauders for mining.. (now this reminds me a titan .. )

Edit: I have not had the displeaser of the ECM npc's yet. But I am geting around the others just fine. Damps let the npc's get in range they will and eat them from the inside out.

TD use Sentry/Heavys or Missiles.

If the ECM npcs are anything like the Damps/TD ones then your perma jamed. Just give that crap up till it gets fixed.

Is it a rock point a lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship point a lazer at it and profit. I dont see any problems here.

I am fine in Amarr space, but sure, if you want to =S

I'm sorry for providing at least a short term solution to the problem a lot of people seem to be having. Reminds me of why I don't even try to post on here usually. Have fun waiting for a fix then.

The "change" you are talking about is a bug, that's what CCP calls is, actually more than one (full room aggro is one, the npc EWAr thing is another).

so you're saying CCP should leave tings they KNOW are defects in the game? That's just pure brilliance.

FYI, ECCM works just fine against NPC ECM, as does the innate sensor strength of your ship. You will be jammed much more often in a Marauder than in a Strategic Cruiser with the appropriate subsystem.

Yes, NPC have unreasonably large targeting distance and incredibly fast lock times. Sometimes the computer has to cheat to pretend it has a chance of beating you.
