Launcher Doesn't Work For me

This launcher doesn't work for me and hasn't worked since you came out with it and no one in the support department has been able to help me when and if they even bother to do so. I have played eve for a few years now I am not really smart when it comes to computers but prior to the launcher I never had an issue patching EVE not once. Launcher comes out and I suddenly can't play EVE. And unless the launcher starts to patch the client won't except the patch. Like now for instance launcher says I am good to go so I hit play, client says the build is the current build when I look in the upper left corner but the server status says incompatible build. It usually says this for about 3 days then boom out of no were the launcher patches the game and I can play yay! Problem is you don't always say when your going to patch or change the game so I am stuck unable to train my toons for the entire time it won't let me on. And when a big patch comes out you guys make changes every few days and I can't play for a month. Nothing suggested to me by support department works nothing, that's if they can even be bothered to help me. Usually they don't.
Look I am working out of Iraq so I can't re-install the game every time you guys patch it or make small changes. Its like 19 gigs, out here that would take me a week to download, and once anther patch comes out I would have to do that all over again. I didn't buy EVE just to become technical support through trial and error of trying to figure out how I can make your game work for me. I want to press a button and the game to work fin. This launcher doesn't work for me and hasn't worked on 2 different computers and maybe its my location or my net work still doesn't matter it worked just fine without the launcher and now it doesn't work at all and that's be made my problem . I sub 5 accounts for half the year and because of your launcher and the inability of your support department I can't play 50% of the time. By any industry standard this is unacceptable and highly unprofessional that I have neither had the sp lost to me do to this issue refunded or had your support department work this issue until the problem was solved. I look at it this way, you have been paid for a product and a service that you have failed to deliver. And I understand it's monumental task to create a game that works on every variation of computer and network. There are some people that are going to have issues, but that's why you get paid. However I have been more then patient and yet you have my money and I still don't have a working product. So please for the love of god can there be a way that people can manually patch the game? Cause I am sick of not being able to play something I paid for.

Is there any errors it gives you? Or does it just not patch?

There's always few guys like this some where.

1. Thanks for stating the obvious on 50k people being on EVE and that the launcher works for those 50k people, but if you can read it says it doesn't work for "ME". Really don't care if it works for everyone else. If you buy a car that works for 50,000 other people but you get the lemon its still a lemon. And since reading isn't your strong point lets recap game patches for years with no issues peteman j happy. Launcher comes out game on patch any more peteman j not happy. If you can't get that I am not sure I can dumb it down any more then that so your on your own.
2. Stating facts and pointing out failed customer support is not rude or sarcastic. If someone isn't doing their job and you say hey man how about you do your job. Is that rude or sarcastic?
3. Accounts were subbed before the launcher came out. So......BOOM!!!!!
4. I had no idea this wasn't tech support (sarcasm). But hey look who got a dev to help him resolve his issues where tech support had not even lifted a finger. Soooo......BOOM!!!!!

General advice when it doesn't work:

Delete a few files at random (like the launcher exe) then run the repair tool.

I had thought of that but not being computer or program savvy I was hesitant not sure how good the repair tool was and being in Iraq I won't be able t o re-download the game.
