I'm not sure if this is the right thread for this but here goes...

I'm having problems with downloading the new patch. The process goes something like this:

Open EVE Online launcher
Error message says "an unexpected error occured. Please try to restart the launcher or to run the Repair Tool (repair.exe located in your eve directory).
I don't have that file so I go to http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Client_Repair_Tool and download the repair tool.
I start up the repair tool and it gets to step 6/7. The internet is slow as **** in Afghanistan so I leave it alone for a while. I come back and the computer has shut down. I turn in back on and the repair tool just says an error occured. Hours and hours of waiting for nothing.

What is happening here?
