Mass production to level 4 would allow for 5 manufacturing slots, am I correct?

Only being able to run 2 slots with mass production 4 would then be a bug, or am I missing something?

Yes, with mass production 4 you should be able to use 5 production lines.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

I've had this problem where for 2 months I thought that my toon didn't have Advanced Lab Operation IV and I could only line up 9 invention jobs - there were no extra jobs in that toon's name and there were no old/forgotten corp jobs.

I logged a petition and got a response - the GM's did something and I got my ghosted slot back.

short answer - petition.
I've done some really stupid shit in this game.
