I've been living under a rock for a very long time apparently, and I ran into the dev blog where players can post custom videos into their CQ television.

Today, I tried to put some trailers and videos up ingame, and I followed the steps as best I could. However my efforts have not worked.

Has the feature been patched so it's no longer effective?

There's the dev log. I've tried today to see if I can get it to work with no success.

Works fine.

Takes a while for the video to come around, but yeah, seems fine to me.

1280x720 @ 30fps seems to be the sweet spot, with a 32 bit color depth and the audio I'd suggest a 44100Hz, 16 bit stereo.

About how long did you wait? I put a test bic file into the cache like the instructions said, and I ended up waiting for roughly an hour or so with no success.
