Yeah I said it. The Corax and the Algos had the potential to be the 2 most bad ass looking ships in this game, and what did CCP do? They turned their ship models the WRONG FREAKIN WAY.

I understood the constructive criticism inherent in the original post - he thinks the ships would look much better the other way 'round. Just 'cause it ain't deep doesn't mean it ain't potentially true!

Going to throw it out there, the Algos looks like its flying backwards all the time to me, the backend just looks so frontish.

They could have all been made Uber and OP like the Dragoon.
The Algos is the only one of the 4 that doesn't have a missile bonus.

I agree, the ships look like they are flying backwards, if staying still its fine.

But the moment they start flying the magic is just gone.

I like Corax looks as it is. As Ckra Trald said, it has that U-boat look, which is why I consider this to be its theme song.

I haven't changed my mind about the design; despite the Gallente textures, (which never looked right to me), I like the Algos. Likewise the Corax is fine, as is the Dragoon. Talwar will take some getting used to, but it is probably the most PvP of all of them considering it gets a bonus for MWD.

I don't know what you are complaining about.. that post further down however, mentioning CPU. Actually, I found the PG to be too low. Very awkward fitting, but the end result was a good ship anyway. I suppose it was a PvE fit, and that post was probably a PvP fit considering the CPU issue.

I think they all have a little over 2/3 the PG of the other Destroyers, but I haven't checked. Higher Sig too.

Algos is a nice ship though.

Algos is a B-52/Uboat hybrid, with hangars attached to the side. One of the weapons even goes on top of the deck like a UboatBig smile
