Look at market orders. Anywhere. See anything in common? No, not the type of item, nor the price, nor the location... Look allllll the way to the right. Yes, the expire time. Notice anything?

They're all 3 months.

So why does everyone have to click an extra time to get to the expiration everyone uses every time anyways? Yes, it's a small thing, but it will make a big difference to have this fixed. Am I wrong? Is there some disaster that will happen by making 3 months the default remaining time for an order?

There's a wee little checbox in the advanced sell popup screen... Click, press OK, and see real magic!

I'm not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example.

ehm you can "save" the setting so it will save the 3 month's option also ...

Egads you're right. What a little nooblet I am. Been playing for some years and never saw it.. :)

Still, I question why we have the other options at all. x] No disadvantage to doing 3 months, and no advantage to doing less. Oh well.

if the price is the same, a shorter time will be ahead of the longer times, so that's one advantage.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Really shorter time orders are filled first? I never knew that.

Its time to stand up against the bad empire based CEO telling falsehoods about what new characters can accomplish and pushing them towards an in game experience of drudgery and loneliness keeping them in the shadow of ignorance for at nest their own profit at worse apathy towards all the experiences that Eve has to offer.
