Salvage drones and the 'Fight' key

Just a simple idea for continuity, make it so when you press your hotkey for drones attack salvage drones will go salvage.

This just makes sense to me, not sure about anybody else.

yes id like that for salvageing solo wrecks. but having figured out how to set them on auto... no need :p

I second the request for the hotkey functionality. I'd like to be able to use "Drones Engage" with a wreck instead of having to right click each time. This would allow me to quickly send drones to specific wrecks (such as empty wrecks which can be salvaged without leaving a loot can) without interrupting the salvaging process.

The automated salvaging is rather disappointing on a noctis because the drones always salvage those wrecks which are in my salvagers range anyways.

When you engage with rep drones it actually says "Repairing", strange that it wasn't done analogically for salvage ones.

Just like mining drone, salvage continuously mode, this way they do work in auto mode.

Yeah it surprised me that 'engaging' a wreck doesn't make them salvage. Just figured it was a bug to iron out.

Having a separate 'auto-salvage' command in the dropdown menu would be very handy too. As I tend to target things first to tractor them close.

(Also make them able to auto-salvage abandoned and fleet owned wrecks. The current restraints are silly.)

Didnt know it didnt work on mining drones either, I dont see why this couldn't be implimented seeing as the combat drones can already do it and seeing as CCP is giving drones so much love at the moment....

auto salvaging is a bit disappointing : the drones are going for the same wreck at once instead of spreading over the field.

Could this option be implemented with the "focus fire" setting ? in that way each drone would get its wreck all around the field, just like spreading flies :)


Also, the drones are coming back after each salvaged wreck, could they fill up to 75% before returning ?
