I'm not trying to bash anyone who is running a legitimate business. I was willing to invest in the Phaser Inc. corp when it was running. Many pilots will remember that fiasco. I was lucky to escape with most of my investment before they booked it. I saw Ash Holloway advertising for a similar corporation in local and wanted to determine if they were doing the same thing so I convo'd him. Keep in mind that if he was able to keep my interest i would have been willing to part with billions. Here is my convo verbatim.

Infer from this what you will but I can tell you that I will not be parting with any isk to intrust in these people.

Yep, that is exactly how the convo went down.

You are bashing me for assuming and questioning our intentions in the way you did. Just because you were scammed doesnt mean everyone is out to scam players. I was trying to explain to you how we operate and proove to you that we do have the market knowledge and funds to operate the way we claim. Also, hold on to your billions, we have plenty and dont care to help players like you earn isk.

fair enough, why dont you show us some real proof of your doing then, something like an api key for example?
let me guess, its your rule to not do that, rite?Idea

read carefully....the part that proves your business, ofc. in example the existance of the mentioned 7 Jump freighters, 25 Carriers and 18 normal freighters that you are (supposedly) trading with...basicly anything that tells us that your really having a business.

We are going to look into this matter further. We are all about transperancy, the one concern is whether or not some sensitive items we trade will be revealed. We have found a few "market gems" that we keep to ourselves.

thats kindoff understandable but the existance of these ships is something that you came up with...proving that wouldnt lift any secrets at all, just prove if you said the truth or not.

Market gems, i find them, and then they change within a matter of days when other people see them.
Dominate the high sec market? You understand how many traders actually work in high sec?

Im happy this came to the forums tbh. Anyone who actually wants to dominate the high sec market will make my isk making harder, but the convo proves you're either a scammer, a lier, both or just an arrogant and general nasty person. Way to give us all a heads up op, and ash, you want to dominate the high sec markets, yet you talk to people like they're nothing? Fantastic business right there,

I miss good old times when scamming was more than stupidly copying former scams.
On a scale of 1 (jita local) to 10 (phaser inc, T4U, GH-SC), im giving you a solid 1,5 tho, just because you were so cute when playing offended

1. My meaning of "market gem" and yours differs. The margin made on my most prized gem has remained about the same for about a year now. 250-350% profit and next to no competition, that is a gem.

2. Dominate may be too strong of a word, but time will tell. What i meant to say is that we will have a significant influence on the sales of select high profile items. it may seem impossible, but someday you will remember this thread and know what I mean. NETG is made up of close real life friends, so we delegate the work load to insure consistency and prevent burn out.

3. I talk to people who insult me like they are nothing, because they are. You are taking the use of "wealthy" out of context. I mentioned being wealthy because I’m trying to make the point that I don't need to scam players because I have enough isk. I'm not trying to brag. What we don’t have is a community wide identity, that is the goal. Someday we will be the largest and well known trade group in EVE.

The only thing the convo in the original post demonstrates to me is poor reading skills. It's nonsensical, but hardly threatening.
