Need Help With a Battleclinic Problem

Hello,

If there are any Battleclinic representatives that could help me with a predicament in the forums it would be greatly appreciated. I have recently requested to close an account on the Battleclinic forums, but now I am completely unable to access the whole website now. If you could somehow revoke the ban, then you would have my thanks.

No, the support page wont work or help.

I tried deleting cookies from my internet and the cookies that were stored deep in my computer. It did not work.

I had this before as well, I fixed it by closing the page down.

Really its a terrible website for modern times, terribly scripted and programmed.

It has not happened recently but a bunch of folks got Trojan infected from that site years ago.

Except for the EVEMon Section, I'm not surea of any maintenance activity over there.

You do not understand my problem, they banned me from using their website, and i would like it revoked since I only wanted to close my account on battleclinic.

I don't see the guy who runs it posting anymore, and last time i did see him he was mad at CCP over something.

Then change/reset your IP.
If you are trying to log in, that won't work.
If they banned your IP as well, then I would think there is more going on than just asking them to close your account. But if you don't try to log in, clear your cookies, change your IP address, and that doesn't work, then there is something wrong with your computer and/or browser.

Try to remember it's Battleclinic. Posting a bad fit--by their standards--is good enough reason for a ban to them. Bunch of arrogant sadists imo, even if the killboards are somewhat useful.

edit: ..respectfully of course. Smile ..but I've had a message on my account about kicking me out an airlock since I opened it. Posted one fit and a few comments, tried to be respectful and considerate despite the trolls, and 3 months later my karma was still dropping even though I hadn't posted since.

..if that's any indication.

Posted a few more times and it got 10 times worse, even though I hadn't said much and mostly just commented on other fits, while adding a fit that matched another almost exactly, (one that was considered to be good as far as they were concerned), and a couple Interceptor fits I was trying.

Apparently using their loadout tools is bad and you should be punished. Asking questions is also bad, and you should be punished. Looking for feedback.. yes, this is also bad, and you should be punished. Actually, I'm surprised I haven't been banned. Lol

I don't waste my time any more. tried a few times over a number of years and it was always the same thing, even with a new account and different approach.

It isn't worth it.

Oh and just to mention, I'm not a "Battleclinic representative". I don't have an account there, never did, only use EVEMon and have researched a few exploration fittings there which isn't a very popular topic there it seems. My replies are purely resulting from college time and tech support working exp mainly in the game industry (indie side of it - as well as development). I am not responsible for any ideology or actions in regards to the staff at battleclinic dot com. I would suppose that if you continue to have problems, and email them with detailed information, they would respond to your inquiries. lukz and lolz
