As per CCP rules "The owner of the character being sold is responsible for the character transfer fee paid to CCP."

You're only allowed to transfer for isk, I'm afraid.
Making the customer pay in a mix of PLEX and isk sweetens the bitter pill that is today's 600M PLEX price and resulting transfer fee, but is unfortunately not within the rules laid out by CCP.

Buyer has to send you the value of two plex not two plex... (sorry to the person I corrected as I had not read her post right.)

ISK only on sales. no plex no assets nothing else. just ISK.. so you want 2.2b not 1b and 2 plex.
