What the heck......when did Boba Fett 'come to kill Luke' ? In fact, I believe Han Solo was whom he made off with.

Besides, a Hollywood film's logic has nothing to do with logic in a computer game, much less life.

Sorry, just thought your post was really odd.

This does bring up a question.

So I gather you have no idea who placed a bounty on you ?
You would think you should at least know who wants you dead.

You receive a mail from CONCORD informing you of exactly who.

Now we know who needs one Twisted

Did you know Boba Fett shoots at Luke in Return of the Jedi instead of Hahn? Do you know why? Because Luke is a Jedi. Fett hates Jedi. Even before the prequels, this was established in the lore. He would much rather kill Jedi for free than go after a 50,000 credit bounty (which is a lot of money in Star Wars, apparently). So it didn't even have anything to do with a bounty in that case. Luke was a target of opportunity - as is any random bounty P

Woke up this morning to find that some person with a hatre for miners, and lets not forget "no miners no ships", decided to put bounty on all miners and their corps in the system we use.

Bounties need to be re addressed so that the person placing a bounty on an entity NEEDS a decent reason other than "Oh what the F**K, ive made a **** ton of ISK so why not use this new Griefing technique handed to me by the game makers".

Yes i know a bounty doesnt mean u can be attacked without concord intervention in hi sec but its yet another annoyance from those that only see EVE as another 1st person shooter.

Cheers for making the game a little less appealing to a person that likes the industrial side of the game.

Coughcryercough again QQ post.

The bounty system works perfect however to need to increase player bounty not 100k isk lol.

Bounty placed on miners make miners only similar look to other, it wont make them more weak agains kamikaze or criminals it self, however some miners or other players who (love living in peace) maybe got confused and feel more danger, because they dont know how bounty work.

Sadly most people who feel like bad ass in game or mighty pvpr's are cowards who avoid real pvp and they love to harras people by other way to boost own ego, also in most cases people in eve are like sheeps, people folow other people play style and ideology.

Wonder that anty mining ideology is so strong in game, espetialy while mining got big impact on ship production and interfere pvp by some way, before EvE i play meny online games with mining and crafting aspects, maybe some of you know lineage where some people use dwarfs as main character ;) and everyone like them on serwer, even they some kind of miners hehe.

lineage 2 pvp dwarfs - look at 0.30 epic ;p miner said GF, victim - not! ;)

EvE isn't game, its style of living.

However, the bounty was on Han, and if you swap Luke's name for Han's in Keno's comment, then he makes a point.

Woke up this morning and i found a solution for the OP:

It's called shield rigs, shield extenders and hardeners, warp stabs, scrams and warriors II. Stay aligned and keep your eyes open. Stop watching YouTube videos while you are grinding and you will be ok.

No it's not, because I'm not defending a bad post, I'm reiterating and reinforcing a poorly thought out point. You poked at the semantics of the post, but missed the point completely, so my intention was to better highlight it for you. That is, Han had a bounty placed on him by a criminal. Instead of breaking down and complaining that it wasn't fair, however, he did something about it. And he won, in the end. He was the only mark that Boba Fett failed to bag.

That's all great except the 'stay aligned' part which speeds up reaching warp, not. I mean, go ahead, but there is no difference.

I would say to all industrials who have spent time and money on this game to skill up to get the most out of mining and industry rather than PVP. Down tools (and subs). No more ships or equipment on the market, no more mining in highsec and when CCP feel the pinch of the loss of subs, it might make them see that PVPers only make up a small percentage of this game and their voice is not that of the majority.

What you see on the forums is not an indication of how many industrials are in game, those who mine and manufacture often have better things to do with their time. One only has to look at the population in highsec as opposed to lowsec and nullsec combined to see that industrials make up a big percentage of this games player base.

Pandering to the minority is not democracy. So, show them what real democracy means and tell all your industrial friends we are going on strike.

I wasn't trolling, I was being as diplomatic as possible in pointing out that the semantics of a post do not change the point, however unclear, that he was trying to make.

Naming the wrong character has nothing to do with semantics.

Staying aligned always helps. Of course you can't mine aligned at 3/4 of your speed, but i can tell you that it helps. Go ahead and try it.

Move my ship while mining ? Is that what you are implying ? Or do you mean orbit the rock or something ? I thought staying aligned meant 'pointing at a gate or station'. Maybe we are talking about 2 different things.

Been playing 3 years and I'm not sure what is being suggested, yes really.
