How the %^&%&*%*^& do you get containers out of a Super and to the station?

I use my Aeon to move my stuff around New Eden, i have 5 Secure Cargo Containers (3000m3 and hold 3900m3)

I put them in the new fleet hangar and now I jumped to a new system and I am unable to dock my Aeon and my mammoth on my alt doesn't seem to be able to retrieve them and I can jettison them.

Are they stuck there forever??

Can I destroy them somehow?
