The crime watch circle is not a perfect circle. I don't know if its supposed to be like IE a half way timer.

I've only seen this on my Mac, I have yet to play on my windows machine yet to see if this also pops up like this.

Its pretty obvious when your playing how its not a perfect circle. Cool
