CCP give us a mobile app to see the forums

I love reading and seeing people cry and complain in the forums. I can only read forums from phone browser and it kind of sucks. Please let me see the forums from an app so I can have fun and ask questions every other time :-P

The normal browser on my droid works pretty ok for me, but yeah a mobile version would be neat.

I have a Galaxy S3 and it is fine to see in browser but it is not awesome...

My point is: All is moving towards mobile and a little app that makes browsing the forums in you mobile would be great.

That would be great. The forums can be read now as well, but not nice and easy.

Forum works fine from my phone and tablet.

Please fix the eve mailing system though, thats totally buggered on android, it doessnt allow you to select the field and type.

Moving towards smart phones you mean? You are about 5 years behind at least for gamers and geeks. The smart phone is about only useful for calling, texting and hotspot for the tablet now. You can get a 7 inch tablet for less than it costs for a good keyboard... though I'd suggest paying at least $200 for one with multi-touch to easily zoom/fit forums. imo the only mobile app ccp needs for EVE is ...EVE Big smile (Android + Tegra 2-3)

I agree android browsers work great for browsing the forums (dolphin browser ftw), however I think this should be ammended into a request for an Eve Gate android app. Maybe it's my phone but sending an evemail is nearly impossible, since it shrinks the text box down to a 12 character window.

Dear god, if CCP spends and time and money on this app before they finish their current goals (and arguably unfinished promises) I am going to be seriously disappointed :x

If it were to happen i would recommend, Make a mobile Eve Online Lite Forums app just cut out all pictures and pictured smilies than that should work on most phones with the less MB to try load the faster the "LITE" version will be :)

But yes please CCP finnish the current goals first before making new ones

An app seems an awfully heavy weight solution. Why not just a separate style sheet for light weight clients?
