The SisiLauncher tool failed for me too, so I copied the TQ client, pointed it to the Sisi address and the Eve client asked if I wanted to update. After doing that, I could log on to Sisi no problem.

Thanks Ruby,

Worked a treat.

Same problem here. Will try copying and pasting Tranq data into a new directory then pointing Sislauncher to duplicate. I'll let you know how it goes.

Can you explain exactly what you did in more detail? I can't get Sisi to work at all. It always says that it has a repair tool error "Data package unavailable". I've tried reinstalling Eve and still cannot download or get Sisi to work.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP on your machine, copy the EVE folder and rename it to Singularity. Once you've done that, make a shortcut to the eve.exe in the singularity folder, right click -> properties, in target add a space, then /server:87.237.38.50
Launch with the shortcut, update the client if it asks, exit, start with the sisi launcher tool. Your problems are now solved, if the tool still doesn't work next update just use the shortcut again.
