What is CCP's 1.5 plan? Have they released any dev blogs about this?

It'll probably be bc / bs overhauls.

Who's the more foolish the fool or the fool who replies to him?

They have confirmed BC/BS overhauls and the Dest/BC skill change will be occuring 'soon', 'soon' being before the next expansion, probably in the next two months at a random guess judging by their current pace of progress on the ship changes so far.
We can hope to get a tiny pass done on mining barges at the same time, but they are probably not retouching that yet.
Then they might even get started on T2/Navy/Pirate varients at the Frigate level if they make that good a progress.

And we can expect more on the Drone Lands probably as well if the expansion is any sign.

well just because Retribution was just released does not mean CCP has no plans for the future.

I think the new Racial skills are very possible during Retribution. Also they do seems to be giving the drone regions a second look over. The new drone officer mods are just a start i think.

Personally I am hoping Tier 1-2 Battlecruiser overhaul and the planned slight speed nerf to Tier 3's. Armor Balance work hopefully aimed at making 1600mm Plate not the standard for Cruiser / Battlecruiser and Armor Repair Balance. If they can get to Faction Frigates or even Cruisers great. A serious Phantasm / Succubus seems a ways off still.

Pie in the sky they change the Rig Skill to -20% Penalty or remove Penalties and work off Calibration per Lvl with 5 being to fully fit T2's.

I'm hoping they don't forget about commander tags and sec recovery.
I don't want it pushed out, I'd rather see it thoughtful and crafty with some BPO's and empire standings influence based on the tag line you take but I hope they remember.

Something they mentioned during fanfest was improving astroid belts. Becuase right now the astroid belts are pretty pethetic looking. at fanfest they talked breifly about have actualy "belts" around an entire planet. and showed some concept art. I know this is quite a huge task and definatly not expecting it for retribution, just hoping they dont drop that idea entirely.

Awwww yeah. Asteroid belts really are pathetic and not "belts" at all right now. I would love to see actual belts, too. I wonder how they'd go about implementing it.

the way i figured they would do it was have sections of the rings loaded with actual astroids, then you can visualy see the rest of the belt, however it would just be artistic rendering so your computer doesnt have to load 1000's of real roids

Well there's also the POS revamp.

Last I heard Soundwave said they were putting off ring mining so that POSes could be redone cause the same team would be used for both changes.

I, too, look forward to finishing up the T1 sub cap balancing.

Ya i'm not very well briefed on the issue with posses I just have a small high sec pos. But i am aware that there are some significant problems with them and alot of people want them changed. so posses will probably be CCP's next priority.
