Question regarding the reliability of a few ships for pve

So my thing in EVE is deep nullsec/lowsec PvE


But can i get feedback on a few ships in a few situations


1. Is the Ishtar still viable for 8/10s or are the drones eaten alive

2. Is the redeemer a waste of time for deep nullsec and running plexes as your drones are eaten alive and scramming doesn't allow for quick escapes (Dont knock it you can stay in nullsec forever)

3. Is the heavy missile tengu still ok for plexing. Can you still break the tanks of Plex Bosses

4. Is the Pilgrim dead as a lowsec multi purpose exploration boat or do you need to constantly recall drones.

Bonus question

Is the drone nerf/ ninja nerf a way of either

A. making solo play march harder

B. Making you own space before you run local plexes


(lastly i fly a maxed out Nightmare but im not running another mission as long as i live and im not brave enough to take it to nullsec solo)

Good questions and I hope you get some more in depth answers than what I can provide.

I will tell you that the Tengu is absolutely fine. It was clearly OP as a general PVE boat beforehand and in spite of the whining about the HML nerf, the fix is somewhat balanced out by the new T2 missiles. I've no recent experience with the others that you list so I can't comment.

Look at it this way though. Most of your questions are related to exploration, which is often a solo or 2-man sort of endeavor. Finding the answers to these questions you've posed sounds fun really, if not a bit risky. Enjoy the challenge.
