Well since you have to travel in and out there territory to kill them. Also if you ran into trouble and decided you want to sneak into position.

But I always try put every emergency contingency on my ships now days. Case I get lost or a stranger talks to me.

No need to be snippy the mail lists the loss as 0.0. Though looking at it it says this.

I didn't notice the Met just saw the 0.0. Guessing that's the boards way of saying it doesn't know the system.

Your Portrait looks to me like your angry because your constipated... get some laxatives they will loosen you right up and you should be happier.
