SSOEE Announcement

Today, under CONCORD security directive 13096.1.14 in correlation with the Servant Sisters of Eve mandate YC 56.56.798, Sisters of Eve Emergency Response Teams were sent in to Rilnais to render aide to those affected by the Serpentis attack both in orbit and on the ground. As of this moment operations are still underway to save those we can and extract the dead, and we are not able to give a definitive casualty count as of this moment, but operatives on the ground have reported that this may be the single largest loss of life committed without a previous declaration of hostilities since Malkalen

So far we can confirm that there were six hundred souls lost in space and twelve hundred dead on the ground, but again this is only as of this moment and not a final count. We are asking that anyone in the region who is able to lend time or resources to contact us. We would appreciate any aide in the form of orbital security, medical aide or simply the means to transport wounded and refugees to aid stations in High Security Zones as the Emergency Response Teams in the region were not actually ready to go into service at the time of the crisis. I would also ask that if you do not need to be in the system please avoid it as we must regard every new entry into the system as potentially hostile and must divert resources to ascertain intentions.

For those of you already helping us out in this time of crisis we, I as Operations Commander of the Emergency Response Team Division, would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. As a former Black Eagle who has seen the worst of what humanity has to offer it is not often that I see such charity and selflessness from people, let alone Capsuleers, but I have been stunned with the response of both, so thank you all.

Humanitarian Organizations, always good for a laugh.

On another note I must admit this is certainly a more aggressive course of action than the standard Serpentis thuggery.

Looks like you and yours will be quite busy in the coming months, dear.

I'd suggest that any assistance your newly registered organization can provide to the Rilnais relief efforts be directed to the Avechomon Foundation and Operation Stellar Shelter. The Foundation seems to have much more accurate data on the numbers of dead and injured and both groups have been in system since shortly after the disaster last week.
