well if ur brave and dont mind waiting for ccp to return the isk (since scams on char bazzar are always agaist rules) u will get isk back just will have to wait if it turns out to be hacked.

if you really need isk you cld get 30b for this toon easily. just saying. be smart. 16b is way way way too low and it def looks like its a scam.also you cant bump your toon 20 mins after posting it. buyers beware..either this toon is hacked or this person is an idiot lol personally i wouldnt risk the isk getting caught up in ccp. everybody knows how long they take to do anything
