With the Heavy Missile nerf, what's recommended for missile boats now?

I've never flown a Tengu or a Nighthawk, just to start off with, so I don't know how significant the heavy missile nerf actually is. However, what missile boats would be recommended for lvl 4's now? I assume a CNR and Golem still count. Tengu... yes but not as good as before? And other ships... I don't know, what would be recommended? What'd be acceptable, even with lvl-4-entry-skills? (According to what i've read, primary relevant skills 5, most or all others 4)

You could try HAMs Nighthawk/Drake, or a Navy Raven with a painter and a cap booster for cap stability.
Golem... if it's an option for you (and you don't mind the TP juggling), with the proper fit, implants, rigs, it's probably doing better than it has ever since I started playing, (unless you fight in gurista space).
If you like zig-zagging all over the field, definetly the Tengu.

Really depends on what you want to play like, your budget, and skills.

Since you ask about 4 in skills... I'd imagine you would want a more lowskill and budget version... a Raven with the cap boosting, and being careful in missions.
While skilling, you could stay in L3s with a HM Drake that has less tank, and more gank (BCUs, a painter or two, rigor rigs, what you like).

"We want PvE activities to require active participation and mirror PvP more closely." Stacking penalty for NPC EWAR then? Lock range under 9km from over 100 in a BS is not fun. Nor is two NPC web drones making me crawl 10m/s. PvP SW-900 x5: 75m/s.

Depends what you plan to do.. before or after change.. tengu is good for blitzing, but if you plan to kill all the NPC's and the mission has lots of BS, a battleship will always do it better. CNR is a good choice, but a navy scorp may be a more practical one now with the AI changes.. you can fit a TP without sacrificing tank to try and keep the npc of your drones.
