I have tested this, and unless you are putting something in the rookie ship worth money, then you wont be receiving a bounty on it.



it should work with empty tengus however

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

And could have save some times collecting the sum.

If I'm pissed off at someone, I damn well be willing to spend the money for someone to burn his ass back to the stone age.
So instead of just giving away money, I'm paying for a service.

And that service are performed by their friends!

And they loose money :)

Gotta at least do something to get a bounty... Took me 30 minutes of bumping 4-5 pvp-carebears waiting at Jita 4-4 [in sniping T3 BC's] for people to go suspect / undock as suspect and looking for killrights while also trying to bait people with their killrights to get myself a 1 million bounty...

I kept a baddon [with 2 guardian reps] that was a enemy of the state from warping off for a good while and he didn't even put a bounty on me...

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.

How will they?, if you think they will perform the service in high-sec you're sadly mistaken.
