So now we get the discussion...

we've just had the discussion which I won't mention for fear of breaking the ban on discussing it any further and now I'm starting to see complaints:

"You can't tell people they'll get a bounty if they don't buy a mining permit - that's harassment!"
or
"Putting bounties on people until they do what you want is harassment!"

Surely we are allowed to put a bounty on anyone we like, for whatever reason we like? How many denied petitions and public posts by Devs will we need before people give in - if they ever do? Or will we need a 30 page discussion on this subject too?

Heh, next time I log in, I may go to a popular belt system and just start putting out paltry bounties. You know, for "harassment."

For the record, the bounties I place are 40M, which is close to the max payout for 1 kill of an exhumer.

Exactly. All bounties so far (60x 40M) have been placed in Kamio (ice belt), if you're interested.

I still don't see what the big deal is on this topic. I"ve been to Kamio 4 or 5 times in the past 3 days and have harvested big chunks of ice without being bothered. I've even see a few poor folks get their rigs blown up, that was humerous. But seriously, how can they get ALL the miners? They can't. There are ways around their system.
