Kill Rights for sale

I have kill rights for sale against a player who has a 550,000 isk bounty. I will sell these rights for 10% of his bounty value at time of contact.

TL;DR on him is that he failed to gank me in a T1 fit Thrasher (Versus my noobie Venture fit, no less) and should prove an easy kill. More information can be made available once the rights are bought.

If I had wanted to do it that way, I would have.

This is the last time I am posting here, because, as I recall, I had stated that this thread is considered closed - the rights were bought. Anything posted after that point is irrelevant and nonconstructive.
