I know, I hate it too. It does work but only if you have the mouse positioned directly over the price box.

Your mouse has to be over the price box for it to work now. It's so stupid.

This is a very bad bad change, this will not stop a bot from moving curser to X,Y on the screen using already ancient and very well known technology dating back to Diablo 2 LOD bot farming days...

CCP, no, this is BAD, its pretty annoying having to spend 4 hours over your personal Niche now its going to become 6 hours? Seriously....

The change is anoying, for Mid level merchants its a pain.

It wont stop penny wars, it will stop mid low players from enjoying a good fight over the control of an item, in the long run its bad.

Revert to the old ways, it serves no good purpose.

Also, for the LOVE of effing hell pressing backspace deletes the entire amount in the box!

Just remove the Copy paste capability, Thats all you have to really do to stop the bots, Dont stop the actual players! common guys WTF is this... Removing the copy paste capability is just plain kindergarden Computer skills...

(After a few hours, Iv gotten used to the new system, its not a problem for the Human player)
But I still have to ask, Why?

This change has nothing to do with the ability to change the price and more to do with the fact that the mouse wheel now scrolls whatever it is currently over, which is awesome. You no longer have to click within a window to start scrolling and automatically sets the focus of the mouse wheel without a click.

So yeah, it still works, and is working as expect. Adapt.

Yes, I definitely am wanting to be scrolling the buy/sell/change price dialog, which is a dialog that is never scrollable.
