Can Salvage drones incite War?

In a mission today with my two toons, when the room was cleared I decided to try out the new salvage drones. It appears that the mission owners drones will go and do their work as intended, whereas the assisting toons drones need to be forced to go salvage wrecks by ‘lock’ and ‘assign’. A bit inconvenient but I guess it makes sense.

My question and problem comes from forcing the salvage drones. Right after telling them to salvage a wreck I got a red timer up for aggression against another toon. As I was in a site fleeted up with the second toon I didn’t see it go red but the timer was up, so I am wondering if someone had scanned me down and entered the site would they then be allowed to shoot the assisting toon as it had a red timer up?

If so, this might need to be tweaked. As I would assume many people use a salvage alt for cleaning up sites.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Not especially fast. but efficient for post mission break. IE: 15 or so wrecks left from patient zero, Just took 5 minutes to salvage the room and didnt hit my keyboard once.

That.... and.... Salvaging other peoples wrecks has never been considered "stealing" before, but a part of that profession which was working as intended.

I wonder if they changed regular salvagers to do this too, because it didn't used to. I didn't see anyhting in the patch notes....
