Good Caldari Ratting Ship?

I just moved out to null recently and I've been using a ragtag fit drake to do my ratting for now, but with the recent nerf to heavy missiles it is starting to take to long too kill the rats. I was wondering if anyone had a good caldari ship fitting that easily chews through belt rats (I'm in the drone lands so I'm using EM missiles at the moment and omni tanking my ship).

Notes
- Please no T2/T3 ships (T2 modules are OK)
- Faction ships are acceptable
- Please keep it relatively cheap, as in try not to post a faction ship with faction modules left and right

Raven will do it quick, has a bonus to EM Missiles unlike the Drake, more Dmg. If you fit Rigor's and a Painter you can hit full dmg with Fury Missiles on Battleships / BC's and drop them fast.

raven is pretty Win.

Zealot with beams also another option for Amarr trained chars

The damage type isn't optimal, but the Naga is brilliant for ratting. MWD off and wtfpwnt everything from >80km as it approaches you.
