Do they exist? Will they be seeded? Are they gained thru faction? Any answers appreciated.

The BPC come from Radar sites. Just like the ASB and reactive hardeners.

Though not very common, it seems. have run about 10 radar sites since the patch, higher end 0.0 ones, no MJD bpcs, or frankly, ASB or the ecm module since. Got before the patch though ASB and ecm module bpcs...

You also get them randomly in loot drops in belts

I've looted three or four 3-run BPCs since Retribution hit. I did find it odd that I could never find them in Contracts though. Now that the speculation frenzy has died down, it looks like they're leveling out to around 4M to 4.5M a shot ( I believe I sold my first batch for 20M or 30M a pop).
