countering this stupid td enhancement

So nice work on the update, the only thing I have an issue with, is this Tracking disruptor coming from rats.
Its permanent
there's no way to counter it, lets face it tracking comps and enhancers just do not work
The anom in question is the forsaken hub with a navy apoc
beast plague spawn lands within 5km yet they insta aggo me weather drones are out or not and of course perma disrupt me
they then of course make so much distance that i cannot touch them, this was last night.

Today i try and go beam fitted apoc navy spending just over 100 mil on rigs and mods
stats before being aggroed 77km optimal 100km falloff with sansha radio
after aggro 14km optimal 18km falloff rendering them still untouched

imo its a joke

so what am i to do, i want to fly a turret ship in sansha anoms, i thought this was a sandbox...

I have a thread on it here, if you want to add some feedback in there about ships, fittings and issues that would be most welcome.

Also note that CCP Ytterbium made a post stating that CCP are aware and looking into it.

Ed: Your complaint seems legitimate, and TDs seem to be over-disrupting, but this has absolutely no bearing on the sandbox.

But now we can potentially get bounty isks from PvP, especially if their corp/alliance has a bounty on it. I feel special.

after update drones are ammo
but the buff in my t2 torps splits the npc bs butts in two
