how on earth did your sec status stay high enough for you to do this. Normally pods are a MAJOR hit. i cant imagine doing more than 3 or so of these before i couldnt undock in ships without getting podded anymore. Is this the standard, wait in a safe and have unpiloted ships somewhere, or did you dock up and fit them then?

You can still travel about in high sec with low security status, you just cant hang about because you will be shot. There is still enough time for you to land on grid and alpha a pod or ship before you get scrambled and dealt with. The only 100% restriction on high sec travel for outlaws (-5 or worse) is in CONCORD sovereignty space.

yeah, as someone who spends time out in lowsec popping pods and has a maximum of a -6.0 sec status, that means not so much for me. Well, lowsec gates work well for pods as well, just not quite as many.

I noticed a LOT of your targets were already into structure when you struck. Me thinks a setup. The motivation behind such a setup is beyond my understanding though, unless one simply wanted a fast track ticket to -10

Concord only responds to a Global Criminal Countdown. When I and Hulk Smasher undock faction police come after me which you can outrun in a fast ship like a thrasher. You can also actually tank faction police for a pretty decent amount of time if you don't get a GCC attacking someone.

Kill them, kill them all. No mercy for such complacent sheep.

If Goons were around when God said, "Let there be light" they'd have called the light gay, and plunged the universe back into darkness by squatting their nutsacks over it.

congrats for dying 250 deaths in this short amount of time.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

You're having fun. Good for you!
You're teaching people a valuable lessen about high sec. Fair enough.
You shoot a ship, concord retaliates by shooting yours. Again, fair enough.
However, and this is the big question, if you shoot somebody's pod, shouldn't concord retaliate by shooting yours?

Sure if he shoots there pod in his pod then absolutely. Till then the victims should have wrapped there pods in some sort of protective coating. A Ship perhaps.

I here Shuttles are cheap and common.

I agree that the occasional podding will keep people alert. A good lesson now and then is very healthy.

However, it seems that if people go on an unlimited suicide ganking spree because they don't care about standing or other penalties (probably because of unlimited funds), this could eventually lead to the conclusion that there is something wrong with the system and changes will be made to restore a semblance of semi-safety in high-sec.

Of course, lots of people say you can avoid this by flying ungankable ships or other shenanigans, but my main point is that there are no noticable repercussions for rich people that go on a systemic long term suicide ganking spree.
Is this desirable from a game design point of view?
