Having Problems downloading patch Retribution 1.0.0 -> 1.0.1 (complete with pictures)

Hallo! Not sure if this is the right forum section. Hopefully it is, or it can be moved!

When I start running eve, I get the typical Incompatible Protocol etc. etc. and I accept the patch download. Pic1

When I try to get it initialized, I get THIS image. Fairly normal, except that it doesn't move. It stays at 0.

After about 30 seconds, THIS error pops up.

So I click the link and go over to the website, only to see THIS pop up. I click on that link as well and it starts to re-download the whole client.

So, I did a number of things on my end. Restarted PC, rebooted router and PC (again) paused all current torrents etc. but still to no avail. So I ran the eve-repair tool, and got THIS

I also tried to manually open the patcher, instead of just the eve.exe application. Got THIS message too.

Any help/advice would be HUGELY appreciated. The most frustrating thing is that everyone on TS is having fun with new stuff =(

the other threads on this, plus the 2 or 3 pages in the issues thread didn't give you any hints, eh?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

I can't find the issues section on the forums! I knew there was a tech support page aaages ago.. But I spend so little time on the forums that I have no idea about anything =P

On that note! I just re-tried my patch and it worked fine.. I didn't change/do anything else.. It just worked...

I am confused.
