WARNING New flagging system is DANGEROUS for pods!

And as has been pointed out numerous times in this thread, a suspect or criminal flag means open season on your pod. Where else you are going with your post, I don't know, since you are only pointing out something that is general knowledge from the Dev Blogs.

Good, so now if you actually try to steal my ****, I actually have a means to make you pay myself instead of waiting for CONCORD. I like that. However, not all flags will make you pod-killable. Engaging rats won't, for example, and that's what I was talking about. If you want to test this theory, feel free to try to shoot me next time I go ratting. Seriously, if you don't get concorded, I actually have a rather hefty bounty on me placed by people that don't like me disagreeing with them on a forums (it's their new way of throwing a tantrum).


And is that a Suspect or Criminal flag? No... again, we aren't talking about other types of flags, only Suspect or Criminal ones for aggressive behaviors, and how do we get these flags? By doing Illegal things against other Players. Hope that clears things up for you and teaches you to read a full thread before posting.

I dunno, I live in Null, so I apologise if I forgot one, flags mean nothing to me, really. And I'm also smart enough to just warp away when someone does try and Ninja Salvage me or canflip, or whatever. I'll take a small hit in isk/hr the *few* times I do those activities to keep from losing my ship... Bears have no idea what they're doing, you throw one wrench in their 'I make XXX isk/hr, omg you're in my mission, messing with my stuff!!!' and they get all flustered and posturing. I see why the tears are so tasty, I remember your Corp annoying me when I first started EVE, Yuri. I have since learned, and thank you for the education. *bows*

That's a heartwarming tale. While tears are sweet, the best outcome of a ninja salvage to me is when the mission runner girds his loins and becomes a better player for it. You're welcome!

If you can catch a pod, it's fair game. In theory, a pod is uncatchable in high sec unless the guy is afk, auto piloting or to poor to buy a shuttle.

Not believing that at all, not for one second.

Obviously a bug that needs reporting.....if true.

You know, even if we can't have a thumbs-down button for the EVE forums, I would at least like a one-click option that lets me inform the poster that I think they are an idiot. It doesn't even have to be public. I just want it to be easy, because I would use it on something like 55% of the posts EVER.
