Now just bear in mind that *some* players are not PvP whiners nor nullsec bitchers, that *some* players are really bored that CCP hasn't done anything for casuals and soloers in years (beyond f**king us by removing Lvl5 from hisec), and that *some* players actually were waiting for Incarna and are less than happy to see everyone else get their cake while we get a turd on our hopes.

But you have to admit, having a half-implemented feature is a poor feature indeed.

It's better to have it fully developed, then released, not the other way around.

It's funny that people complain about Goons. If they really want something done about it, with as many people complaining all the time about the Goons, they should band together and so something about it. Just like BoB did to ASCN. Just like Goons did to BoB. Just like the Russians did to the NC. Stop whining about the Goons, do something about it kiddos. That's the way of Eve.

I am loving all the FiS things going on right now, but I am also excited about the WiS. I am a sci fi fan, period. Getting out of my pod and living a true spacer life is something that I would enjoy immensely. As time has worn on I am finding the social aspect of the game a lot of fun (especially as most of my friends have unsubbed through the last few years). EVE is sometimes the coolest chatroom Ive ever been in.

If I had to choose between the two, id definitely say fixing EVE is the most important, but I cant deny new shiny gets me going.

I could have been called a bitter vet for the past two years, but I am feeling an optimism I have not felt for some time. The thing is, I have been around a while, and don't completely trust CCP, so I will wait and see how long this lasts, and how much they really do, and what their true commitment to "excellence" is.

A few new dev announcements that indicate CCP might be getting back on track (where we've been paying them to stay since day 1) and people are ready to get on their knees and blow the devs. CCP should have been concentrating on these important updates all along.

the reason I play EVE is not just for it's harshness, but for an adult, "dark" feel. I hope you guys spend some time on the seamy underbelly. smuggling, fixing the bounty system, boosters, and so forth. WIS, I hope, doesn't get completely sidelined. it made me connect to my character in a way that will keep me around this time. That said, FIS is first priority. looking forward to finding out what's next.

ah yes youre absolutely right cause theres no difference at all between combat in 0.0 and combatting suicide gankers in hisec.
