The downtime is false. They messed up last night's downtime popup message stating downtime would be at 11 eve time but the warning came at 8 eve time.

And yesterday the message did not show the correct downtime duration, i am starting to see a pattern here, someone is drinking on the job... well, they all probably are...

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

And I look up and its Cluster Shutdown in 4 minutes and 10 seconds

Cluster shutdown in less than one second. Except, it hasn't. Checklists. they are for other people. CCP never forgets anything. Don't need no stinkin list.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.
