Call me stupid, but how do i enable the new camera mode?

On the "Selected Item" window, this the settings symbol (quad equal). Click Tracking Camera. Done. It's pretty cool but it will make you barf when targeting or looking at drones!!!

Also its default to C key.

Go to your Selected Item tab. Notice it now has a settings button. An option in that selectbox will let you set the tracking position. If you set it smack in the middle of your screen like this topic explains, you can use the C key to keep enemies on screen AND use d-scan all the more effective. I'm loving the new camera features!
