Cant Patch because of corrupt update?

My client says the patch is corrupt/cant patch

Is this a bad patch? or is my firewalls inspection breaking files?

I have seen this before as well. What has worked for me in the past, and I do not know why it worked, it just did. Using Time Machine I have restored the EVE application support folder to before the issue started.

Other wise, go into the same application support folder for EVE and grab your settings folder and your Overview .xml copy them put the someplace else and reinstall EVE.
