we need some sort of interface to allow us to see KRs that are public to every one so we can bid/buy them as iv not seen any way to see/browse ones that are public

First someone needs to mahe it aveilable publicly in there char sheet.
Then you need set your overview so that you can see those that have the killrights on them.

I think kil rights should be contractable, or able to be put on the market, it would be interesting to see how the commodity would take
