if your new in game, just dont have the skills to compete with who ever killed ya, or just cant be bothered to find who blew your ship out of the sky, ill take all kill rights, .................just transfer your kill rights to me, wont charge ya 1 isk for it, my payment will be as many targets i can find

Why would anyone give them away when they can sell them for a profit?

well i guess they can if they can find someone willing to buy em. ,,,, im just looking for targets, and im half way decent and killing stuff.......................ok maybe a little better then half way :-)

awg1 is selling his right to kill me for 5 mil to anyone (public). At least that's what I think it going on. The mail I got wasn't clear on the specifics. Does that mean someone can pay 5 mil to have the right to kill me?

Yes and anyone can activate that at anytime to give you a suspect flag, which in turn makes EVERYONE able to attack you legally, anywhere.

I would like to have kill rights given to me.

I will activate them at the most inappropriate time. Since that is the Point. But I want the kill right for those weekend Pirates. The ones that LOL around. (Hate myself for saying LOL around) in lowsec and then do mission in High Sec.
