Sure! Certainly! Will be done...

but...

not before cities of the Federation will lay in ruins, and last remnants of gallentean resistance will be exterminated, and ever gallentean remained alive will accept Caldari superiority!

Something like that. Yup.

Somewhere on Saisio a village is missing its idiot...

Obviously psychological testing is no longer a component of capsuleer screening.

Dude...no one cares. Everyone thinks you're nuts, you have no credibility, you make Heth look like a pacifist, and you have a face that looks like it got smashed repeatedly in with a Tritanium bar.

Just stop.

And clearly your favoured tactics of sitting on market stations with neutral remote assistance boasting about hauler kills are making great strides towards that.

You know that while you were camping Dodixie one-shotting haulers with an Abaddon and bragging about how good at fighting you were, I actually had a real fight with a member of the Caldari militia? One that actually flew a ship with guns, and could shoot back? It was dangerous and exhilarating - maybe you should try it sometime.

No, last time I saw, she was in Villore, with a couple of Wolfsbrigade and a State War Academy neutral assistant "sieging" the FDU station while the local Gallente militia spectacularly failed to give even the smallest possible damn. I guess they were off doing less important things like killing people who matter or capturing Caldari systems.

Then why haven't you grabbed like 8-10 people and go into Villore?

Because I'm not actually part of the Gallente militia and I don't give remotely enough of a damn to play the inevitable docking games. Additionally, remember that while she's busy camping hi-sec stations and shooting haulers, she isn't doing anything actually useful to the Provist war effort, such as, say, destroying ships in an actual combat zone or capturing complexes.

Hanging out in the cluster's second-busiest market system and briefly passing through the primary Gallentean contested zone gateway system does not constitute stalking.

Funny thing is, though, I was in Dodixie for a while before you showed up...

Mr. Ixiris,

Your confusion makes me wonder if you have read any of Kim-haani's postings. She is obviously disinterested in the exchange of border systems as is done in the war zone. Her goal is very clear and repeatedly stated - the destruction of the Federation as a political entity in the Cluster.

She is only one Capsuleer and cannot do this herself, and so she uses asymmetrical warfare strategies to conduct a psychological campaign within the Federation. This implies activities such as the destruction of Federal assets within sight of population centres. The overall goal she has is to prepare the way, showing that the State can fly where it pleases and in so doing sapping Federal will to resist.

You call her a fool, and will likely continue to do so in the future. Speaking as an individual, I suggest you revise this opinion.

Nice hair do Schere! I like the make over!

But in a sense, Kim's kind of a fool. If anything, she's just pissing people off. She'll **** off the wrong person some day soon and probably end up in a while world of pain.

I would imagine Kim dies on a fairly regular basis. It's not that unusual out here.

Yes, I'm very much aware of this.

And never in the history of New Eden has the understanding of a fact been clearer to all other people, nor more elusive to the specific person it pertains to.

The fact isn't a matter of will to resist - there is a difference between lacking the will to fight and simply not caring. Members of the Gallente militia conduct similar operations in Caldari territory (usually around Jita and Nourvukaiken in particular) all the time, and the only difference is that they're less boastful about it. The infamous Damar Rocarion once vowed to lay unending siege to Villore with the neutral Orca ship-scooping loopohole in CONCORD militia combat regulations - it lasted a week and then he got bored and went back to spinning complexes, with no significant impact. Ms. Kim is making literally no impact on the ability of the Gallente militia to do their jobs, and given that the people she destroys are pretty much exclusively capsuleers, she's likely having no more impact on the baseliners than the destruction of any other capsuleer vessel. Meanwhile, the State loses more of its border systems every week.

I called her a fool, and upon the reflection that answering your statement has caused me to undertake, I am indeed going to revise my opinion and call her an outright moron.
