Bounty in High Sec Does NOT Mean Kill Rights

CONCORD will still intervene in high sec with a bounty on a head.

The head must have Flag as well to avoid CONCORD during 'bounty engagement'.

But go ahead.......pour more ISK down the new ISK drain (forget sink...its a much needed drain).

Best thing for the EVE Economy in ages.

Sad part is, he had to point this out at all. There's tons of people throwing themselves into CONCORD at the moment thinking they get free kill rights for bounties. Its delightful!

Yeah.....and with the nerfed payouts (as only a percentage value of cost of ship)......considering what I fly, any bounties to be had will only come back out as an extremely slow trickle.

I doubt if any of these dweebs read even one sentence of a Dev Blog about this.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.
