So there's a new set of Sensor Compensation skills and I thought I'd do some math to interpret for Incursion runners.

The main rats that jam in incursions appear to have equal strength for all type (Radar, Ladar, Mag, Grav)
Niarja Myelen -> Jam strength: 6
Arnon Epithalamus -> Jam strength: 12
The Kundalini Manifest is listed with "unknown" jamming strength so can't math it

Scimitars have sensor strength of 17 and Basilisk have 22.
Base Niarja Jamming chance
Scimi: 35.29%
Basi: 27.27%
Base Arnon Jamming chance
Scimi: 70.59%
Basi: 54.55%

Each level you increase your Sensor Compensation level you increase your Sensor Strength by 4% (Ladar for Scimi, Gravimetric for Basi) So the formula you can use to calculate jam chance is:
NPC Jam Strength / (Sensor Strength * (1.04 ^ Sensor Comp Level))
