EFS team was formed is a Russian "Eve Flight School" channel.
The idea of a channel itself is a casual PVP with no standings and no obligations, every pilot can join the fleet and any pilot can announce their own fleet in a mailing list (ofcourse if they can understand russian), the only rule is (not really a strict one) - 1 fleet at a time.
The team was formed by the most active FC's and pilots of a channel willing to try their luck.

Day 1.
Asine Hitama's team vs EFS

When I looked at Asine Hitama's team pilots list, I felt a kind of nostalgy, since I knew them all in Fountain.
We supposed they would bring a matar rush setup, and tested several vindicator vs vargur fights by ourselves. Unfortunately the lack of experience made us make alot of mistakes. First of all - we banned a vargur that we tested our setup against for instead of machariel. It was a captain's decision I was against for, but what's done is done. The second sad fact is - our logistics pilot appeared too drunk to fly, so we had to shift our pilots, made some fitting mistakes and some changes in a rush. I changed 3 ships in 15 minutes before the match start Lol. The third mistake was during the start of a fight, we had a chance to catch machariels first, this way we had a slight chance to win, but all those sweet cruisers and sabres around us turned our hunting reflexes on. The time was lost and machariels had got away and our tacklers was down.

Day 2.
ISN - Incursion Shiny Network vs EFS

This time we fixed all our mistakes, vargurs was expected, and was not banned, some extra dps with a 3 BS had been chosen, and the plan was ready and trained on a Singularity. To confuse our opponents who was trying to sneak on our trainings on a test server, we banned vindicators by our own and took navy megas instead. More tank and a neut was the second reason to do so, the kronos was chosen for a web bonus, tacklers got a direction to grab enemy BS and die, the fight went the way we want it to be, some small mistakes had no effect.

Day 3.
DeepWater vs EFS

Their spy was chasing us on a test server for a week, no really. Twisted
We knew they saw our vindicators and kronos setup, and saw their passion for jam. What we did is started to train our secondary setups with slepniers and widows instead, making alot of wecks, always winning our own vindicators setup. Letting their spy see it (we pretend to dock every time they log in to our system, but had no rush and left alot of wrecks to see).
The result was amazing, they baned both key ships of our trap setups, the widow and a slepneir, and still used their jam setup.
Yes M.B., we had 2 ECCMs each. Twisted

Perihelion Beryllium Duralumin vs EFS

Supposed to be fought by slepniers, but we figured we are too lazy to change our ships - what the hell, this is a lucky setup.
The tengu setup made us alittle worry, but the time we used on a test server helped us to push them to the edge and hold till the end of a match. The skirmish implant and some speed implants were helpfull too P.

Day 4.
Goggle Wearing Internet Crime Fighters vs EFS

Everything went wrong early before the match. We felt that we need to change a setup, but we couldn't agree what setup we should take instead. Some key pilots were missing to take a Golem setup I wanted to, some key pilots were missing to take a slepnier setup that we considered our own seconday main setup. Our captain was alittle late, and we were moved alittle earlier, our maulus was moved to the arena during the module change and was half fitted, so we had less dampeners. Well, seems we lost before the match begins. Piloting mistakes made it faster, and our opponents did all well.

Summary.
It was the first tournament to most of us, we had no expectation to really win it, we had alot of fun and got some experience for the AT.
