I would post mine but it has more information than im willing to share, but pretty much gives me profit margins in percentage and if its a loss it goes red, just like the sheets posted here.

It would be awfully kind of you to tell me, how you make the Google spreadsheet cell, automatically turn red if negative....

Right click the Cell -> Conditional Formatting.

Set it so if it is 'Less Than' 0, the text colour is red.. :D
