It looks like they're ripping off Ogame.org as well with the metal/crystal/deuterium/energy resource management system.

We realize that you're all passionate about EVE, but please don't post email addresses and encourage people to spam other game development studio's mailing lists.

That's not very nice, and issues like this need to be taken care through the correct channels.

OMG CCP licenced the artwork to them for pence to pay for the development of Dust and WoD and WiS.

Greed is good and all that blah :P

Probably hard to get Apple to look at it as they are busy suing better competitors on the particular way spreading fingers apart makes something larger...

This is a known breach of Eve's graphics etc. it has already been raised as an issue several months ago and recieved a response to the petition that they were lookin into it, clearly nothing has yet been done.

The facebook game Light of Nova at http://apps.facebook.com/light-of-nova/?fb_source=bookmark_apps&ref=bookmarks&count=0&fb_bmpos=3_0 also appears to be using EVE intellectual property on its characters.

As a side note...

I've sat down and played this game over the past week, they've even ripped off Star Trek. (If anyone else played this ****** game, go under "Fleet tab - very bottom - Probing Satellight"......yeah USS Enterprise.

When a GM was on, I asked him about it. He said not to discuss it in any form. I asked him why?.....Insta banned!
