V3 Ore ships on Buckingham?

I saw in the patch notes that there are now V3 versions of the ORE ships in Ret. but I'm comparing them side by side on Buckingham and Traq. and can't see any difference. Are the changes not on Buckingham yet/going straight to live, or am I misunderstanding what "V3" means exactly? (I think it means a tweaked look, but I can't tell any difference)

Look for the ORE logo on the ship. As for any V3 ship, you can tell if it is V3'd or not by the appearance of the owners logo on the side. For instance in Retribution we have DED and Concord ships V3'd.

Barges and exhumers had already been V3ed before retribution.
The patch notes are more sensationalist than reality.
The Noctis and Primae were tweaked.
