Interdictors should be able to load charges/scripts to lay a bubble with any type of ECM effect...

For example, if you're going toe to toe with a kiting fleet you might be able to force them closer with a targeting range bubble.... or wreak havoc with their logistics with a well placed scan res bubble, create a speed bump with a webbing bubble, light them up with a target-painting bubble. etc etc.

There should be charges for every type of ECM effect we have a module for. They'll probably need to be adjusted (made smaller or weaker) so they don't become uber-weapons but it would be a lot of fun and would increase fleet flexibility/creativity.

And they should all have their own specific colour so they look awesome.

I agree that these effects would be amazing, but they would also be very difficult to balance, much like the EWAR drones they either become very powerful or useless.

I support the idea, but I can understand why it won't happen for a long time.

Step 1: get 10 interdictors
Step 2: loads ECM scripts into 5 of them and Webbing scripts into the other 5
Step 3: Find a massive fleet
Step 4: Leeroy interdictors into massive fleet
Step 5: Launch all the bubbles at the same time.
Step 6: ??????
Step 7: Profit.

Bubbles really dont need more love they're fine.
AoE modules tend to get touchy and become far too overpowered when you realize that they are used in droves. I could load up 10 of them with webbing bubbles and throw in a few ecm bursting scorpions and ya talk about dead where you stand

Bubbles are fine.

You just want an i-win button at 130 mil a pop.

Eve is about Capital ships, WiS, Boobs, PI and Isk!
