Question regarding out of corp logistics in empire wars

Ok so quick question.

Scenario is as follows.

Corp A and Corp B are at war.

Corp A has a logistics pilot that is outside of Corp A and a neutral to the war. Neutral Logi pilot remote reps a member of Corp A while engaged with Corp B.

Corp B can now shoot the logistics pilot.

My question is, if Corp B shoots the logistics pilot, can only the logistics pilot shoot back or can his gang / corp shoot back as well?

Just need to clarify prior to engaging pesky empire wardecs remote logistics.

Only the neutral logi can shoot back. The only thing that aggros an entire corp is taking from a can.
