The Thorax and it's front engine exhausts.

Greeting CCP.

I Noticed actually since a really long time now ever since we got back engine trails, the front engine trails on the thorax to be missing, aswell as the two lower ones on the gallente starter ship, it does have the exhaust graphic just no real exhaust, and a trail, this is wierd....

While the Rifter does have it's front 4 exhausts and engine trails.

/suspects gallente hate.

They disabled them shortly after engine trails came out because they would always clip the hull. Looked pretty bad.

Check out the Oracle and new Megathron, they also have these "thrusters" which don't produce and engine trail. It's a design choice, especially in the case of the new Velator and Oracle. As mentioned, the Thorax did have them, but one of them always clipped with the back hanging down engine. I assume it's the same with any other old ship that has trails disabled.

Hmm...should have shortend them instead of removing them outright, seeing as the old engine trails didnt do that.
